Property Access Agreement

By signing below, you authorize Enviro Medics LLC to enter your property and any adjacent areas as reasonably necessary to assess, contain, mitigate, and remediate a spill or release located on or affecting your property. Enviro Medics LLC will limit access and disturbance to what is reasonably necessary to perform the work and will restore areas impacted by its operations to substantially similar pre-incident condition, excluding damage or conditions caused by the incident itself or pre-existing conditions.
